Choose a sunny area of your yard to plant. Turn/loosen soil, level it and water. Wait til the water soaks in, then sow seeds no deeper than 1/4 inch deep, cover, tamp lightly with your hand & water lightly so as to not disturb the seeds or have them float to the top. Keep soil moist (but not soaked) until seeds germinate in 7 to 14 days, then water when the top of the soil dries or as needed.  Plant peas 2-3 inches apart & they will need something to climb. Milkweed needs to be 2 to 4 feet apart. Planting dill near milkweed will also help butterflies, as their catterpillars love to eat dill. All plants provide homes and food for insects, like the beneficial bees, butterflies and other pollinators & birds and other wildlife. Some plants, like the peas and dill can be eaten by people, and pets too. All but the peas & dill are perennials, which means they will come back every year. To learn more, we encourage you to please look up the many benefits each plant has for both people and the local environment. Good luck and happy growing :-)
